2.1. Wheretoglow perform tailored checks to its members to verify credentials of all businesses advertised on the website. This includes insurance documentation and that courses undertaken are accredited.

2.2. Wheretoglow collects and reviews feedback from customers of its members by means of feedback and our reviewing system. Please see guidance on reviewing process.

2.3. Wheretoglow reviews recommendations from the public regarding its members and the services they provide. We will work with the members to ensure all reviews are true to word and display a fair review with slander or mis information.

Wheretoglow aims to:

• Advertise and promote quality services provided by its members
• Promoting members to the public, putting an end to poor practice within the beauty industry
• Expose accountability of its members through advertising on the website (in relation to tailor checks and agreeing of standards). Our Standards

3.1. These Terms and Conditions refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of the Website:

If you are a member of Wheretoglow, our Terms and Conditions for members will also apply to your use of the Website. In the event of a conflict between Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions for members, the contents of those additional terms shall prevail.

3.2. All treatments provided by members on wheretoglow will be responsibility of the technician doing the treatment. Wheretoglow will not be held accountable for anything done within the treatment prior, during or post. Wheretoglow is not responsible for any products used or poor practice. We are there to minimalize risk. Any complaints need to be dealt with straight away with technician before contacting wheretoglow, if medical treatment is needed this needs to be done before contacting wheretoglow. Wheretoglow has the right to suspend members if poor practice is continuing.

4. Access to the Website

4.1. Wheretoglow can not guarantee that the Website or any content will always be available or never be uninterrupted. We will try to make members aware if ever there was an issue and have tried to minimalize the risk.

5.3. Uploading of content to the website assigns all right to the content to Wheretoglow. Such content included text and photographs.

5.4. Content uploaded is agreed to be in connection with the name you have submitted to Wheretoglow.

5.5. Once content is uploaded to Wheretoglow you agree that such content has become property of Wheretoglow. If ever your work is used for advertisement on social media credit will be given.

6. No reliance on information or speed of service although we will try to withhold our service to a high standard.

6.1. The content contained on the Website is provided for general information only. Wheretoglow will remain impartial to guest bloggers ideas and information.

6.3. Wheretoglow aims to contact customers within a reasonable time where urgent concerns are raised, doing so through our enquiries email. However, Wheretoglow do not hold liability for the failure of a member to succeed in services provided.

6.4. Members pricing is not approved or regulated by Wheretoglow, where a price is agreed for a members service a contract between you and the service provider is held in place. Wheretoglow is not a party to it.

6.5. During our tailored checks regarding a members registration , Wheretoglow requests copies of in-date insurances and qualifications. Insurance dates will be monitored through our system and the member will be notified if insurance is due for renewal, confirmation that insurance details are updated will be requested. Evidence of this renewal will be uploaded for our administration team to review. A twenty one day period will be allowed for this process, within this time if request is not met then membership will be suspended. Wheretoglow will not be liable for any misuse. Payment will still be expected and not refunded.

For further reassurance, Wheretoglow recommends that your request to see a copy of the members Wheretoglow certificate of accreditation before using their services.

7. Prohibited use

7.1. You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only and not:

• Breach any law or regulation including local, national or international.
• To not use the website to commit fraud or use for fraudulent purposes
• You will not use the website to create harm to a business or entity in anyway
• Violation of the privacy of others.
• To decompile, dissemble or derive the code used on the website.

8.1. The Website/Services may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. 14. Rights of wheretoglow

14.1. If you fail to follow terms and conditions wheretoglow can;

All will happen without warning to member if concerns arise.

Responsibility of creating a business profile lies solely with the customer. Wheretoglow can not take responsibility of unpublished profiles. Customers will receive a welcome email on sign up as a reminder to create a profile with the form provided, failure to do so can result in future payments still being taken without a published profile.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and Scotland you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of England, Scotland and Wales.
